The term "Custom Molding" means many things at Alpha: a private design container style, a special finish on an existing container body, custom matched or specially colorized resins, or a variety of other molding specialties. We also design and engineer economical custom packages from the ground up. Our expertise in manufacturing plastic packaging transcends the container style or intended market. We make quality bottles that sell product! It's as simple as that.

Expanded Tooling Capabilities Get Your Product Noticed Faster.

One of our goals at Alpha is to take new products to the marketplace as soon as possible. In order to accelerate this process, we have expanded our internal tooling capabilities to include the manufacture of superior quality injection and stretch blow molds. Our highly skilled design team, coupled with the state-of-the-art design equipment, allows us to get products to market more quickly than by using outside vendors. On average, the new package development cycle at Alpha is about one-third of what other container manufacturers can deliver – at a fraction of the cost.
